Poloee provides professional services targeting printer consumables, including compatible and remanufactured
toner cartridge and ink cartridge; toner accessories such as toner chip, opc drum, charge roller,
magnetic roller, wiper doctor blade, fuse, bubble bags, seal; printer spare parts such as fuser film sleeve,
upper roller,pressure roller, pick up roller, separation pad etc.
Our experienced and dedicated sales team professionally manages the whole supply chain-from product information,
through deep communication, related technical support, order arrangement, quality assurance,
export documentation and shipping control, to after-sales service, our excellent selling management
capabilities enable us to offer a comprehensive One-stop supply services to our clients.
Shipment Organization Service
Shipping can be arranged by sea or Air Express/Air Cargo internationally:
1. Shipping by Air Express (door to door), shipment will arrive within 2-4 days after ex-factory date.
2. Shipping by Air cargo (to airport), shipment will arrive within 3-5 days after ex-factory date
3. Shipping by sea (to port), shipment will arrive within 10-30 days depending on different destination.
Warranty Service
We offer the 100% warranty. Products may be returned or replaced subject to product defects
caused by manufacturing process. Under this condition, the customer is entitled to returning
all defected goods to us with full refund or requesting for replacement including the freight cost
from China to the customer’s location on our account.
Returns and replacements will be honored after inspection (to verify the supplier’s products series codes
and to confirm the defectiveness) by the supplier on claimed defective products;
Pertaining to the above clause, the customer may be required to send the sample of defective product
Research and Development
Our R&D have a team of 25 engineers who have more than five years work experience in printer consumables field,
they constantly work with the latest technology and keep up with the latest breakthroughs in the industry,
to improve the quality of our products and develop new products to keep pace with the market.
Quality Control
We have highly skilled IQC, QC, QA, and QE engineers to check and verify each process of production,
every two engineers to control one product line, they make great efforts to minimize defective rate.
Test Procedures
1. Physical test: check the sound and running status of our toner cartridges, to ensure the strength
and flexibility of each part reach or approach the OEM standard
2. Environmental test: check the recycled capability of raw materials, to ensure they complied with international environmental standard.
3. Aging test: check how long they can work, to ensure they can be used more than two Cyc.
4. Condition test: check whether the toner cartridges can work stably in different situation.
5. Waterproof test: check the osmosis of toner, to ensure the printed word will not fade and diffuse early
when they come into contact with water.
6. Fastness test: check whether the printed effect of toner cartridges can last for a long time.
7. Output test: check how many pages can be printed by our toner cartridges, to ensure
they can print as much as the genuine ones
8. Paper test: check whether they can perform well with different paper.
9. Printing test: check whether they can print pictures and word clearly as we wanted. |
